Company Background: Carbotura is a service of Gravitas Infinitum, LLC, a privately held holding company headquartered in Naples, Florida. It was selected as one of the 2021 World's top 50 most innovative new companies out of 130+ countries. The executive team are members of SWANA (Solid Waste Association of North America) and their Sustainable Materials Management technical division.
Solution Description: Carbotura Zero-Fill Services is an industrial-scale, self-powered waste conversion technology that uses industrial multiphase microwave reactors, with both thermal and non-thermal microwave plasma reactors. The technology can handle any type of waste without sorting and has zero emissions and zero waste. The service technology is based on the Carbotura Recyclotron™.
Implementation Timeline: Deployment of the services takes 9-18 months after the contract is signed depending on location and size. The service is designed to be rapidly deployed in a modular fashion.
Cost Structure: Carbotura Zero-Fill services provide a turn-key solution that requires no investment from the customer. The service is charged at competitive rates per ton of waste eliminating, and clients can qualify for annual rebates of up to 100% of any fees for zero-cost waste elimination. This is because Carbotura monetizes the climate credits and materials sales, which are attributed to the client, and applies them as part of the rebate.
Benefits: The benefits of Carbotura Zero-Fill Services include eliminating environmental, financial, health, and reputation risks associated with traditional waste disposal methods. It also provides a safe and healthy environment for both workers and the community. The services are scalable to handle large waste volumes, with the capacity to handle up to 10,000TPD in one location.

This means looking beyond our zero-emissions waste processing to examine every aspect of our business, from the sourcing of our materials to the end use of our products. Their validation gives us, and our customers, confidence that we are living up to our commitment to circularity.
Remote Project Feasibility: With the help of the Circularity Center, we are able to assess the feasibility of potential projects from a circularity perspective. This ensures that we only invest in projects that align with our vision of a circular economy, and that we are able to identify and address any potential challenges early in the process.
Circularity Policy Definition: The Circularity Center also assists us in defining our circularity policies, both for our own operations and for our vendors and partners. These policies set clear expectations and provide a roadmap for achieving circularity in all aspects of our business.
